Elizabeth M. Hanes – repeat criminal walks again

Once again our horrible court system has failed. A repeat criminal once again has walked. Great job Jefferson County, Kentucky courts of failing the people of the Commonwealth. A repeat drug addict, drunk and thief walked away once again from numerous crimes. As a taxpayer this pisses me off. This bitch should have been behind bars.
I’ve already talked about this bitch on this site. I won’t waste my time again talking about her crimes over and over. You can read the back stories here and here. You can also see how her work was looked into for prescription fraud also – here. I am just pissed that a worthless person can commit numerous crimes and nothing happens. Could a black kid caught with some crack get away with this? More than likely, no.
Since the court system has failed us, I will sum of Elizabeth “Liz” Hanes for you. She is a pathological liar, thief, drunk, drug addict, user, snitch, bitch and loser. Anyone that abuses heroin is a moron. Her rotted teeth make me wanna puke. The nasty spider veins on her legs due to heroin needles could kill anyone’s boner. She is beyond worthless. A pile of dog shit is better than her.
I could care less if this sounds harsh. The loser has no respect for the law, other people or the well-being of others. The website www.buycrimes.com shows the fact she has no issue in breaking the law over and over. Look at the charges there. They are all drug related charges. If she has been caught twice, no telling how many times she hasn’t. She needs jail time. End of debate.
Think about this. Could you and I get pulled over twice with drugs and avoid jail time? Could we wreck three cars in the past five years, twice (more than likely all three times) while drunk and avoid jail time? Could we hide heroin from the cops and avoid jail time? Of course not. A judge would have thrown the books at us. Elizabeth M. Hanes has walked away from all the crimes named above along with a DUI and fleeing the scene of a crime. Tell me why this cunt is not in jail?
I could say more, but why bother? Our court system is a mess. The rich can do whatever. White snitches can walk. The poor and minority races suffer. That is the American way. Ask Liz Hanes. She has committed numerous crimes with no punishment. Ask a 16 year-old black youth who got 25 for a gram of crack. That is the (UN) American way – injustice.

“Absolute shock, I couldn’t possibly believe that this was the way it is,” said Curtis’ friend, John Markham.
Curtis is an orphan turned financier turned philanthropist. But now, the 63-year-old is a federal suspect, accused of stealing from the very charity he helped create.
Curtis founded Kentucky Harvest in 1987. The non-profit takes unused food from restaurants and other food suppliers and gives it to those in need.
It spawned USA Harvest and Blessings In A Backpack, and Curtis helped bring both to life.
On Wednesday, he was charged with seven felony counts of mail fraud, money laundering and filing false tax returns.
Prosecutors said from 2005 to 2007, Curtis stole more than $183,000 in donations that were supposed to go to USA Harvest.
They also said Curtis failed to report more than $550,000 in personal income from the non-profit, including $370,000 in travel expenses he charged to the group, but used for his own meals, entertainment and travel. “I just don’t believe most of this stuff. I don’t believe that Stan would do that,” said Markham. “Stan was a giving person, a loving person.

CANTON (CBS) – The mother of a severely disabled young man is suing a Canton treatment center over what she calls “torture.” As part of her lawsuit, she wants the world to see the shock therapy treatment that the State Senate has been trying to ban for years.
Andre McCollins was born with acute mental and behavioral difficulties. Andre’s mother Cheryl is suing three doctors and the Judge Rotenberg Center for negligence. The psychologists are Dr. Robert von Heyn, Dr. James Riley, and Dr. Matthew Israel. Dr. Israel, who is now 79, is the founder and is retired.
In court Wednesday, an expert witness for the family testified that the doctors stood by as Andre was shocked in 2002 at the age of 18. He says Andre was literally “scared stiff.”
Disturbing video of the treatment was shown in court. Jurors listened as Andre screamed as he was shocked, and yelled out, “No.” He was then restrained face down for hours.
“He was essentially in what we would call a catatonic condition,” says Dr. Marc Whaley. “That means a condition that happens with people that are acutely psychotically disturbed.”
Senator Brian Joyce has been working for a decade to ban the use of shock therapy there. “It’s really horrible and it’s unbelievable that it still takes place in 2012 in the United States of America,” says Senator Joyce. “To my knowledge it’s not allowed in any other state in the union.”

Why white trash should not own dogs (mainly pit bulls)
LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A Louisville Metro Police officer shot a suspect’s dog when it attacked him and another officer after a police chase.
Around 11:30 p.m. Sunday, an officer tried to make a traffic stop at Justan Avenue and Cristland Road near Iroquois Park, but the driver wouldn’t pull over, according to investigators. Instead, the motorist drove several more blocks, pulled into the driveway of his home on Cristland, and tried to run away on foot.
“I see the guy running down the pathway and three cops chase after him,” described neighbor Brandy Sabie.
Police chased 44-year-old Michael Miller into his backyard, where investigators say the pit bull bit two officers involved. One of the officers shot and killed the dog.
Two officers were treated at the hospital and releases.
Dwight Mitchell, a LMPD spokesperson, said Miller is facing more than a dozen charges including DUI, fleeing and evading police, and assault third degree of a police officer.
Miller has bruises and bandages on his face in his mug shot.
“He fought the officers before he got there and then tried to take their weapon as well,” said Mitchell. “I would think in this particular case they did what they needed to do.”
Mitchell said Miller used the dog as a weapon and that officers have the right to use force when someone’s life is in danger.
